Maximus World is a free 3D world you explore right in your browser. You arrive in the Grand Hall, with a gallery of portals for every kind of Maximus Dev Tech game, then head out through the archway into eight regions to explore on foot or in the air.

About Maximus World

Other players are in the world with you, a shared radio plays the Maximus World album, and tapping any portal drops you straight into that game. Come back and you are standing at the same door.

How to play

  1. Move with the stick on a phone or WASD on a computer, and drag to look around.
  2. Press FLY to take off and boost across the map.
  3. Tap a portal to open its game, or fire the portal gun to dial any game you like.
  4. Open the little MDT phone for every app, sorted by category, plus your friends and settings.

What's in it

  • Eight regions: Crystal Canyon, Emerald Jungle, Great Lake, Mushroom Hollow, Frost Peaks, Amber Woods, Mount Maximus and Sunstone Desert
  • The Grand Hall: galleries of portals, a hologram map and a golden thread that guides you to any game
  • Other players online, a players list and friend requests
  • A character shop: 30 hairstyles, clothes, shoes, hats, glasses and jewellery, with featured picks every day and themed bundles
  • A shared radio playing the Maximus World album and songs made by players

No. Maximus World runs in your web browser, so there is nothing to install.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Maximus World works on phones, tablets and computers. On an iPhone you can also add it to your home screen from Safari's share menu.

Do I need an account?

You can start playing straight away. A free Maximus Dev Tech account saves your progress across devices and lets you earn MXC, the coins used in every Maximus Dev Tech game.
